I am in need of some research on Daily Five / CAFE to share with my district. The research needs to include data on student achievement for teachers who use Daily Five/CAFE. Our district is in a transition period as we move toward teaching Common Core State Standards. We have some teachers in our district who have begun using Daily Five / CAFE, but to continue this or hopefully make it district wide, we need to prove results with data on student reading and writing achievement. If someone could let me know some of the best research with actual data to support Daily Five / CAFE, I would very much appreciate it!
